SheffWHO2018 is approaching quickly, and we hope you’re looking forward to it as much as we are! Here are a couple of important announcements:
Registrations Now Closed
If you have tried to register in the last couple of days, you would have probably figured out that registrations are now closed. We are now focusing 100% of our efforts on ensuring that you have the best time possible when we convene for the SheffWHO weekend!
We’ve warned you already, but there is just a little bit of work to do before we meet you in person! Here is what you have to do, depending on your delegate role:
- Member State Representative: Write a position paper
- NGO Representative: Write a position paper
- Pharmaceutical Representative: Write a position paper
- Media Representative: Write a press briefing or release
This position paper is a one to two page document that provides context for a delegates’ country’s policy or NGO/Company values. Instructions for how to write and submit this position paper are in the Simulation Handbook. Further guidance on the conference themes and sub-themes can be found in the Event Guide. We recommend that you read through both documents. BOTH can be found on our Resources page.
All delegates will have to submit Position Papers, via Google Drive by April 22nd, 2018 at 11:59pm British Summer Time.
